A2 10, 2014 www.sequoyahcountytimes.com Angelina Teresa Dodson Oct. 15, 1932-Jan. 7, 2014 Angelina Teresa Dodson was born on Oct. 15, 1932, in New Britain, the daughter of Esterino Antonio Santo Tucci and Grace (Distefano) Tucci. At the age of 15 her parents sold their business and moved to Glendale, Calif.
Angie has a brother, Mike Tucci, and they both finished school in Glendale. In January 1951, Angie went to work at a factory making toys. There she met Bailey Ray Dodson, who also lived in Glendale and worked in the toy factory as a set-up man. On June 28, 1952, they married. They had three children, Johnny Ray, Esterino Antonio and Grace Ann.
She continued to work while raising her family and was busy doing volunteer work in various organizations such as the Red Cross, Cancer, M.S., United Way and worked at the school as a playground monitor, took care of many other children, worked on the Election Board for 25 years and was involved as a room mother for al three of her children. She was involved with the Brownie Troop for Grace and T-ball and baseball for John and Tony. She held many offices with the PTA and was elected as an Honorary Life Member of the Parent Teacher Association. As the children grew up and went away, she went back to work as a practical nurse, a crossing guard, and also worked in the Post Office part-time. She then started doing food demonstrations at Price Club and became a supervisor of the Price Club Demonstrators.
Angie was a homemaker and active wherever needed. They decided to move to Sallisaw in 1996, and went to the Church of Christ and helped there. She became a caregiver until her health declined and retired in 2001. She loved to help at her church and helping others. She also worked on blood drives and became a hospice volunteer in 2007.
Mrs. Dodson passed this life on Tuesday, Jan. 7, 2014, in Sallisaw at the age of 81. Survivors include her husband, Bailey Ray Dodson of the home; one daughter and son-in-law, Grace Ann and Dewayne Corbit of Miami; two sons and daughters-in- law, Johnny and Beverly Dodson of Sallisaw and Tony and Pat Dodson of Santa Paula, 12 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; brother and sister-in-law, Michael and Joan Tucci of Lake Tahoe, and many nieces, nephews, brothers-n-law, sisters-in-law, cousins and friends. Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m.
Monday, Jan. 13, 2014, at Church of Christ in Sallisaw with Bro. Royce Martin and Bro. Ken Tackett officiating. Burial will be at Akins Cemetery under the direction of Agent Mallory- Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw.
View will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Sunday, at Agent Mallory-martin in Sallisaw. The family will greet friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Active pallbearers will be Aaron Dodson, Sean Corbit, Christopher Corbit, Freddy Scoggins, John Long and Jimmy Dodson. Honorary pallbearers will be Michael Tucci (brother), David Scoggins, Michael Tucci, Steve Tucci, David Shandra, Robert Shandra, Todd Shirley, Christopher DiTullo and the Brothers of Church of Christ.

He was born on May 1, 1932, in Persion, the son of Reece Andrew Turman and Ruby Louise (Henson) Turman. He married Martha Ann Nunley on Aug. 4, 1956, in Midwest City. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War and a welder.
Survivors are his wife, Martha Ann of the home; two daughters and one son-in-law, Pamela and LeRoy Cowart and Samantha Turman, all of Vian; two sons and one daughter-in-law, Randy and Christina Turman of Sallisaw and Terry Southerland of Choctaw; 12 grandchildren, Justin, Johnathan and Staci Southerland, Shawn and Sheldon Cowart, Bronson, Natalie, Cheyenne, Dillon, Randi and Brooklyn Turman and Kyle Major; 21 great-grandchildren; one sister, Mary Catherine Cumby; and one brother, Marvin Joe Turman. He was preceded in death by his parents; one grandson, Brandon David Major; one granddaughter, Kaitlyn; and three brothers, Arnold, Bob and Jake. 25, 1934-Jan. 8, 2014 Thomas Roland Ogdon, 79, of Muldrow passed away on Wednesday, Jan. 8, 2014, in Muldrow. He was born on Nov. 25, 1934, in Muldrow, the son of Lonnie and Opal Ogdon.
He married Linda Chronister on Sept. 21, 1968, in Stilwell. He retired from Baldor in 1999 and was a member of Muldrow First Assembly of God Church. He loved his church, his family, traveling, racing and camping. Survivors are his wife, Linda of the home; one son and daughter-in-law, Thomas Lee and Carla Ogdon of Muldrow; four daughters and two sons-in-law, Paula Ogdon, Patricia Kidd, Lynda and Chris Johnson and Charity and Brent Preston, all of Muldrow; 10 grandchildren, Wesley Ogdon, Mary Flute, Brian Kidd, Thomas Kidd, Amy Mason, Melissa Baum, Ashlee Ogdon, Jazman Ogdon, Alyssa Preston and Darian Preston; 11 great-grandchildren, Isabelle and Abigail Ogdon, Ashlynn and Haley Flute, Devon Holland, Amiee, Emily and Dayton Mason, Jusice, Celicia and Ty Johnson; and several other relatives and friends.

National Cemetery in Fort Smith under the direction of Ocker-Putman Funeral Home of Fort Smith. Mr. Harman was born on March 24, 1930, in Sargent, to Pratt J. and Chloe (Wright) Harman. He died on Tuesday, Dec.
24, 2013, in Muldrow. He was a retired U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War, a retired nurse from Mercy Hospital and the past owner and operator of Second Treasures and Movies and More in Muldrow. He was a member of the Roland Ranger RV Club and was of the Methodist Faith. Survivors include four daughters, Theresa Freeman of Roland and Johannah Greenway, Jovanna Atkinson and Gershelda Page, all of Muldrow; one son, Jeffery Harman of Muldrow; two sisters, Louise Soll and Opal Gault, both of Kingman, 12 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.

She was retired from Stilwell Foods after 10 years and worked at a chicken processing plant in DeQueen, Ark. Survivors include two sisters, Freda Hunter and Marilyn Downing, both of Marble City; four brothers, Paul and Arbrie Farris of Marble City, Leroy Farris of Bunch and Joel Farris of Colcord; and several other family members and friends. Mrs. Stephens was born on June 5, 1937, in Parks, to John Riley Bailey and Millie Mae (Vaughan) Bailey.
She died on Tuesday, Jan. 7, 2014, in Sallisaw. She was a factory worker. She married Harry Albert Stephens in 1957, in Las Vegas, Nev. He preceded her in death in 1983.
Survivors include one daughter, Wendy Stonebarger of Sallisaw; two sons, David Stephens of Arkansas and Danny Stephens of York, one sister, Lucille May of Mena, one brother, Leonard Bailey of Van Buren, eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and several other relatives and friends. Morgan was born on Aug. 12, 1923, in Muldrow to William Plank and Golden (West) Plank. She died on Monday, Jan. 6, 2014, in Jefferson City, Mo. She was a secretary at the Missouri Department of Corrections for 18 years.
She married Raymond H. Morgan on May 12, 1942, in Muldrow. He preceded her in death on Nov. 30, 1989. Survivors include one daughter, Mickie Chole Wing- rath of Linn, one sister, Marie Martin of Fort Smith, and two grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by one son, Raymond H. Morgan and her parents. Preston Edward Toussaint Jr. April 4, 1956-Jan. 6, 2014 Preston Edward Toussaint 57, of Gore died on Monday, Jan.
6, 2014, in Fort Smith, Ark. He was born on April 4, 1956, in Hollywood, to Preston Edward Toussaint Sr. and Barbara Ann Pyke Spain. No formal service is planned at this time. Cremation is under the direction of Agent Mallory-Martin Funeral Home of Sallisaw.
He was a truck driver. He married Diane Lynn Riddle on April 4, 1996, in Lake Tahoe, Calif.
