Wow! Nina was the best. I am so happy with how my nails turned out. They look even better than the picture I had. Nina was so sweet, and she took her time and made sure that everything was perfect. I am so happy with the professional work Nina provided and I am coming back in the future, but only with Nina. She knows how to turn plain nails into something glamorous. Thanks to her, I will feel like a million dollars when I go back to school. Thank you Nina!!!

Love it here. They take pride in the cleanliness of their salon and it shows. It’s immaculate! I have been coming to Sophia for a year and she is incredible. She pays attention to detail and my nails always last. She is also fast and efficient which I love because I don’t often have time to sit and wait for a manicure. She’s an artist with design and is always so sweet and kind. Lady Vixen is lucky to have her. I would definitely recommend!!

If I could give them zero stars I would. A friend and I went for mani pedis. For pedicures they skipped top coat for my friends toes. For mine it is all splotchy. The manicures is where things truly were awful. I wanted dip and extensions and picked out a nude color. They gave me the wrong color and did a shape I did not want even though I requested rounded. They didn’t even touch my cuticles so those looked awful. My friend wanted dip on her natural nails. Her nail tech gave her extensions even though my friend repeatedly said no. At one point my friend said “you are hurting me” and the nail tech slapped her hand and continued on. Overall terrible experience and will not go back. Even if you say something they won’t fix their mistakes. Insane prices for awful job

I’ve tried several area nail salons and Lady Vixen by far is the absolute best. I have never left unhappy with my manicure or pedicure. My nails are always perfect. Just paid 75$ for these got my hands YANKED most of the 2 hours of me being there. Charged an extra 15$ for French ? Absolutely crazy. Definitely not going back there ever again! I used to love this place now it’s way too overpriced ! Charge for shape, French and stickers ! Absolutely ridiculous

I went in with my daughter last week for full sets and pedicures,so my daughter wanted the hot stone pedicure first off my lady only did one leg with the stone I just thought maybe she was waiting for them to cool down,but no so I let that go and we went on to do our nails my lady technician kept doing things on her phone and making me wait she even told me she had her friend ordering her something online so I was like ok whatever so she did my nails I try not to nit pick but they really weren’t great for the money I dropped I will not be back not even to fix them they are breaking they are not all the same and edges of my nails are sticking out so not happy on the other hand there was a woman named Nina who did my daughters nails she took like an extra long time but did my daughters nails much better than mine and even gave me a khans massage I was shocked but I just wanted to give my honest opinion so no one spends money alit of money to not be happy.

WOW. It’s been a while since I’ve had a PERFECT experience in a nails salon. Since Prom . I went here for the first time by recommendation. I really needed a rose design and to get an exact design is hard nowadays so when they’re willing to work with you it shows that extra effort. She was sweet and helpful. This place is also absolutely beautiful and clean. The whole aura is nice. Only thing I can suggest is a tv to watch.
